Ogden City’s Christmas Village illuminates downtown Ogden with its magnificent festive lights every year from the Saturday after Thanksgiving through the first weekend in January.
Bundle up and come stroll through the village and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season. Beginning Nov 30, Santa will greet children in his castle Mon – Fri, 6 to 9pm, and Saturdays, 5 to 9pm through Dec 23. Pictures with Santa are just $5.
Weber County Holiday Festival
When: December 2nd – 6th, 2016
Where: Golden Spike Event Center
1000 N. 1200 W.
Ogden, UT
An International Expression of Holiday Celebrations from around the world. Displays will include over 2000 nativities, Santa’s, Angel’s, Snowmen, and Nutcrackers from around the globe. The Festival features a live nativity presented twice each evening, music from local talent, various school & church choirs, a nativity dress up selfie photo opp, a coordinated light and music display, and seasonal holiday treats & Poinsettias for purchase.
Imagine Ballet Theatre presents “The Nutcracker”

Nothing brings the magic of the holiday season to life than the worlds favorite ballet. In the Julie Moffitt Ballet School “The Nutcracker” you’ll experience Waltzing Flowers, dancing polar bears and penguins, and adorable dancing sugarplums. Of course Dr. Drosselmeyer will have new magic up his sleeve to delight audiences of all ages in the Christmas Eve party scene! It’s one event, the one time a year…It’s the Nutcracker! The JMBS Nutcracker captures the best of imagination and delight of the entire family with colorful sets, beautiful costuming and sparkling choreography. The most entertaining fun and affordable event this holiday season.
A Fairly Potter Christmas Carol

“A Fairly Potter Christmas Carol” is back by popular demand! Enjoy an evening full of Christmas magic and, well, regular magic with your favorite wizards and witches. An updated production of our 2015 show, this original musical parody is perfect for the whole family! And to help you bring your whole clan, we’ve reduced children’s prices to just $10 for this show!

The man. The myth. The music. Nothing sets the holiday scene like hearing your wintry favorites performed live by the Utah Symphony. Kids from one to ninety-two will enjoy the musical gifts on stage, with a joyful sing-along closing out the concert. There may even be a special appearance by the jolly man, himself.
