FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Nilson Homes is a large production home builder, based in South Ogden, Utah. Our Vision is to Improve lives by building community. Our Mission is to provide an exceptional experience for clients, team members, and partners by building thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted homes, in lasting communities planned for all stages of life.

As Front Desk Admin you will be the first point of contact for Nilson Homes. You will greet and welcome guests who visit the office. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful you should have a pleasant professional personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately an admin’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests in a positive manner and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the office
· Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls, and provide accurate information in person and via phone/email
· Ensure reception area, common areas and conference/meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (pens, forms, and brochures, snacks etc)
· Light cleaning in office, dusting, clean up conference rooms, chairs, organizing, etc.
· Pickup/Receive, sort, stamp and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Take outgoing mail to post office at the end of the day
· Process bank deposits and errands and directed – dependable car is necessary
· Data Entry, Scanning, Filing
· Update Company contact lists
· Order office, kitchen and cleaning supplies and keep inventory of stock along with pricing and history
· Order supplies for model homes and design center
· Maintain company calendar and schedule conference rooms
· Order flowers and gifts for special occasions
· Maintain copiers and office equipment
· Coordinate office, model home, and design center cleaning services, repairs, yard maintenance, and snow removal
· Assist Executive Assistant in clerical, administrative projects, and company events as assigned
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned
· End of day walk through office to make sure everything is stocked; office snacks, kitchen, soda, bathrooms.

Qualities Needed to be Successful
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

MARKETING MANAGER

We’re searching for an experienced, creative, and performance driven Marketing Manager in our northern Utah headquarters. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nilson Homes brand and supporting the sales channels. You will work closely with other internal stakeholders including sales, construction, design, purchasing and estimating, and operations to manage the brand strategy for Nilson Homes. This includes implementing the marketing plan, developing effective media campaigns, gathering, and disseminating market and competitive intelligence, ensuring all media is consistent with Nilson Homes brand messaging, build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, manage contractors, customer relationship management process, and keep key stakeholders up to speed on day-to-day marketing issues. You will also work with your team to create marketing content in support of the sales channels and brand strategy.

The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with a demonstrated history of working successfully across all levels of an organization. This role manages a team consisting of a Social Media Administrator and a Media Manager. They report to our VP of Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
•    Develop strategies and tactics in support of Nilson Home’s marketing plan
•    Develop and deploy successful marketing/social media campaigns from ideation to execution
•    Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and community events
•    Create engaging media content for all marketing channels including website, social media, signs, and other forms of advertising.
•    Create a creative culture of innovation and high performance
•    Create and manage a marketing budget
•    Build relationships with important company internal and external stakeholders
•    Represent company at important stakeholder events
•    Work closely with functional leaders in design, construction, procurement, sales and finance to communicate and ensure critical activities are aligned with overall company strategy.
•    Design, help hire, train, and manage a marketing team
•    Manage and coordinate with sales a customer relationship management strategy
•    Ensure company communication strategy and brand narrative across all customer touch points is consistent and aligned with overall company strategy.
•    Create and provide timely updates of important marketing metrics
•    Develop deep expertise on industry/consumer trends, competitor activities, and home design
•    Perform timely performance reviews of team members
•    Ensure that all marketing information is accurate and up to date
•    Prioritize brand building initiatives and allocate resources accordingly

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in real estate or home construction
•    BS/BA Degree in marketing or other relevant discipline with demonstrated success in managing an effective marketing strategy and teams in a fast-moving market
•    Specific success creating high performing marketing teams
•    Provide experience in identifying target segments and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
•    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, Omniture, etc.)
•    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
•    Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, creating marketing metrics and converting data into insights
•    Artistic qualities and a deep love of good copy and engaging communication
•    Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in fast-moving, results-driven organization.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

The Transaction Coordinator is a very specific process driven position which is responsible for all aspects the sales process. Including being able to review and process all sales contracts. Coordinate utilities, internet and Vivint alarm system and maintenance at model homes. Assist the Director and VP of Sales & Marketing as needed (MLS, Division, Board). Update Nilson Homes master ‘Sales Contract’ as needed.

The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with a demonstrated history of working successfully across all levels of an organization. This role reports directly to our Director of Sales.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):
•    Receive all required forms pertaining to contracts
•    Review all contracts and required forms for accuracy
•    Complete checklists for QMI to-be-built and sold QMI’s, save to DB
•    Maintain Sales Report
•    Update Lot Inventory report
•    Send contractual documents for signature
•    Save signed copies of contracts, required forms to respective DB folders
•    Send necessary info on sold QMI’s to Construction Manager
•    Create counteroffers
•    Create QMI multiple offers details spreadsheet for VP of S&M
•    Manage all model home support services including any lawn maintenance, security contracts and coordinating utility turn on and off services.
•    Administrative Tasks as assigned

In this role you will create and maintain an online brand campaign consisting of managing a social media calendar and posting engaging post consistent with marketing plan. You will use your tech savvy skills to engage with clients online using effective design, technical, communication, and research skills. You will work closely with other internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, construction, design, and operations to manage the brand strategy for Nilson Homes. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be managing our online customer engagement.

This includes implementing the marketing plan, developing effective social media campaigns, gathering, and disseminating market and competitive intelligence, ensuring all media is consistent with Nilson Homes brand messaging, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also work with the marketing team to help executive Nilson Home’s marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator and collaborator with a demonstrated history of working successfully across all levels of an organization. This role report to our Marketing Manager.

RESIDENTIAL CAD TECHNICIAN / DRAFTER

Nilson Homes is looking for a self-motivated, customer service orientated team member to work in our Drafting Department.  This is a full time position with a well-established and growing company. Primary responsibilities will be to modify pre-drawn house plans according to customer contracts, draw site plans, and other drafting duties as assigned.  

Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2017 (or newer) drawing all aspects of house plans in 2D model and layout spaces using x-references.  Applicant
must have extreme attention to detail and be competent in Microsoft Office software. Strong knowledge and experience in residential construction and design a plus.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Nilson Homes is expanding and looking to hire an experienced, qualified, residential construction superintendent to oversee the scheduling and quality control of new homes.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining schedules, reading and understanding plans and specifications, identifying and resolving problems that may arise during the building process, resolving concerns with customers, communicating with customers and sales agents throughout the home building process, monitoring the quality of material and workmanship on each home, and ensuring that the job sites are operating with safety as a priority.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years as a residential construction superintendent, basic computer skills, excellent leadership skills, and great communication and organizational skills.
