Nilson Homes Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Eligibility and Reward Criteria:

• This program is available to all existing customers and the general public excluding real estate professionals acting in their professional capacity.
• A referral reward of $500 will be issued to both the referrer and the referred party only after the referred party successfully closes on the purchase of a Nilson home.

2. Compliance with Real Estate Laws:

• This referral program is strictly for the purchase of homes and is not tied to the recommendation or use of any settlement services or other real estate transaction-related services.
• No rewards are offered for referring customers to third-party settlement service providers such as mortgage brokers, title companies, or home inspectors.
• Rewards are not paid by or through any real estate brokerage, but by Nilson & Co. Inc., a Utah corporation, dba Nilson Homes.  

3. Disclosure and Transparency:

• All participants in the referral program must agree to these terms and acknowledge that the reward is solely for referring a new homebuyer to Nilson Homes.
• This program does not involve any prohibited activities such as kickbacks or fees for the referral of settlement services, consistent with RESPA regulations.

4. Program Integrity and Lawful Conduct:

• Nilson Homes commits to operate this referral program in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to RESPA.
• Participants found in violation of these terms will be disqualified from the program and may be subject to legal action if applicable laws are violated.
