We will be showcasing a stunning model home featuring the brand-new Greenfield floor plan. This is the first model we’ve built using this amazing floor plan and this patio home does not disappoint! With oversized garages, 4 different bonus room options, large walk-in pantry, and beautiful country views, this is one level living at it’s finest! At our grand opening event, you’ll be able to tour the Greenfield model, as well as three other model homes: the Mayfield, Winfield, and Sheffield.

THE FIELDS AT GREEN FARMS COMMUNITY
The Fields at Green Farms is the first phase of the neighborhood and is primarily centered around our patio home floor plans. However, more traditional homes will be included in additional phases of this neighborhood, ensuring there is something that suits everyone!
