Coming Soon: Sunset Meadows In Plain City, Utah

Nilson Homes has got some exciting news! We have a brand-new community opening in August! Located in Plain City, Utah, Sunset Meadows is the perfect addition to our list of Nilson Homes communities.
Though the neighborhood will feature 60 homes, the first phase of Sunset Meadows will include 23 homesites. The homesites at Sunset Meadows will have lots available up to 1/3 of an acre and completed homes are expected to start in the $400,000 range.
